Service Level Agreement (SLA)

As of April 2025, the service is fully in production. Its service level aligns with that of the web application.

API Performance and Availability

The API operates under the following conditions:

  • Availability: Target uptime is near 100%.
  • Response Time: Typical response times are within single-digit milliseconds.
  • Deployment Downtime: Deployments may cause a brief downtime, typically lasting only a few seconds.
  • Data Limits: Standard API accounts are limited to 1,000 objects per response.

Environment Updates

  • Test Environment: Automatically updated with every change to the codebase.
  • Acceptance Environment: Generally updated during evening or nighttime hours. However, updates may occasionally occur during the day without prior notice, unless significant disruption is expected.
  • Production Environment: Typically updated in the late evening or at night. In the event of a critical bug, updates may be performed during daytime hours, and affected contacts will be notified accordingly.
